PLAY

Participate in league play on Thursdays, which include practice and play. Members will build up their physical conditioning, technical skills, and game awareness by practicing skills and applying teamwork, and strategy during drills and game play.

Thursday Agenda:

5:15pm-6:00pm- Conditioning and Skill Building

6:00pm-6:45pm-Team League Play

  • Members will develop strength, speed, agility, endurance, and flexibility through age-appropriate workouts and fun, challenging drills. The focus will be on proper technique, and injury prevention, to improve athletic performance and foster confidence on the court and beyond.

  • Members will learn and practice passing, serving, setting, hitting, offense/defensive strategies, and court movement through fun drills and game play. With a focus on building confidence, teamwork, and solid technique, players of all experience levels will grow their skills and love for the game.

  • Team (League) Play gives our members the chance to apply the skills they learn in drills to real situations on the court. Playing as a team helps with communication, decision-making, and teamwork. It also teaches sportsmanship and helps players understand strategy. By rotating positions and working with different teammates, players develop versatility and a stronger sense of the game as a whole.
